Urban Campus Cuatro Caminos, Madrid Coliving: Situated near the Azca business district, this coliving space offers 63 units, most with private balconies. The first building includes private studios and shared apartments, while a second building, opening in early 2025, will be Spain’s first Passivhaus-certified coliving space, featuring shared apartments with private bathrooms, communal kitchens, living areas, and a terrace—combining community living with sustainable, energy-efficient design. ​
