Hus 24 – Coliving in Stockholm

Hus24 is Sweden’s oldest coliving space, established in 2011 in Stockholm’s historic Old Town (Gamla Stan). Housed in a five-story building, it accommodates 13 international residents—entrepreneurs, creatives, and remote workers—in a collaborative, community-driven environment. The space features shared living areas, a communal kitchen, and a coworking space, fostering a culture of co-creation and mutual support.
