K9 Coliving

K9 Coliving is a self-organized community located in the heart of Östermalm, Stockholm. Housed in a former hotel, it spans 1,200 square meters across four floors, offering a mix of private rooms, sleeping pods, and shared spaces. Residents, known as “K9ers,” co-create their living environment, sharing five kitchens, coworking areas, a meditation room, and hosting events like movie nights and community dinners. Since its inception in 2016, K9 has fostered a culture of collaboration and inclusivity, attracting individuals from diverse backgrounds seeking a vibrant and supportive community.
