La Casa | Coliving

La Casa Coliving is a community-focused residential initiative offering coliving spaces in the Île-de-France region, including Paris, Lille, and Fontainebleau. Each “Casa” accommodates approximately a dozen residents who share common values such as kindness, team spirit, and enthusiasm. The residences feature private bedrooms complemented by shared amenities like spacious kitchens, coworking areas, lounges, and gardens, fostering both privacy and communal interaction. ​

Emphasizing connection and well-being, La Casa curates its communities through a co-optation process, ensuring that new members align with the existing group’s values.
