Urban Campus Mellado, Madrid Coliving: Located in the Chamberí neighborhood, Mellado Coliving comprises 83 fully furnished rooms with private bathrooms. Residents share living, dining, kitchen, and laundry areas with 4–6 members, depending on the unit. As the first BREEAM-certified sustainable coliving building, it offers 300m² of common areas, including a fully equipped coworking space, fitness area, and terrace with BBQ. ​
